Building a daily atmosphere through respect and care is essential to reinforce and to help students grow their Christian values to become respectful, compassionate, thoughtful individuals. I believe all students learn differently and have various strengths and weaknesses. An effective teacher realizes individual student learning styles, and facilitates learning through organization and careful planning, while being flexible to allow students to develop and grow both academically and personally
